What we're doing
We’ve transitioned most of our workforce from the office to home, which has allowed to continue to support you while COVID-19 remains an issue.
Predominantly carrying out our business activities remotely may impact our ability to communicate with you, so we ask that you bear with us.
As always, you can manage your account whenever you like, wherever you are with the RemServ app and RemServ Online.
We will continue to update you with any major changes to our opening hours or contact information.
What we need you to do
1. Use the RemServ app and RemServ Online. to lodge your claims, send enquiries, make amendments or update bank details.
2. When emailing us please ensure your email includes 3 points of ID in the email body; e.g. Employer, Full Name, DOB.
